Privacy Notice

Seek Digital ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Seek Digital is the trading name of Chișcăreanu Silviu-Constantin Persoană Fizică Autorizată (a sole trader registered in Romania), tax identification number (CUI) 55694600, Trade Register number F2026046032005. Questions about this notice or about your data: contact@seekdigital.ro.

Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your company's website, and anything you choose to write in the message field.

Through the newsletter form: your email address.

Automatically: standard server log data, and, only where you have consented, analytics data. See our cookie notice.

Enquiry form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to administer that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once one exists.

Newsletter data is used to send the newsletter, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue, or by emailing us.

We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, or add enquirers to marketing sequences they did not ask for.

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Cloudflare (email routing) and Google (Gmail, where our inbox is hosted). Only if you allow analytics in the cookie banner, Google Ireland Limited also processes usage data through Google Analytics, with advertising features switched off; see our cookie notice. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement. Where a provider is outside your jurisdiction, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, incorporated in that provider’s data processing agreement.

Enquiries that do not become clients: deleted after 12 months. Client records: retained for the duration of the engagement and for 10 years afterwards where required for tax and accounting. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email contact@seekdigital.ro. We respond within one month.

We are established in Romania, so the lead supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). You may complain to it, or to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.

If we change this notice we will update the date below and, for material changes, tell anyone whose data we hold.
